What we stand for
Our Values
Heritage
Rooted in centuries of Japanese Wagyu husbandry, every practice we follow honours the craft of our predecessors.
Expertise
With 25+ years of experience spanning both Japan and the US, our herdsmen bring unmatched knowledge to every animal.
Authenticity
We never compromise. Our 100% Fullblood Wagyu is verified through strict traceability and certification programmes.
Our Mission
Honoring Japanese Tradition.
Elevating the American Table.
Our mission is simple: to bring 100% authentic, certified Japanese Wagyu to the United States without compromise. We exist to preserve the integrity of true Wagyu — not an imitation, not crossbred, not relabeled — but genuine Japanese A5 beef, graded and certified at origin in Japan.
Every cut we offer represents generations of Japanese cattle-raising expertise, meticulous feeding programmes, and a national grading system recognised as the gold standard of beef quality.
Our mission is not simply to sell beef. It is to protect authenticity in a market where the term "Wagyu" is often misused. We believe American chefs, restaurants, and home connoisseurs deserve access to the real experience.
We partner directly with licensed Japanese exporters to ensure:
- Official Japanese grading certification
- Full cattle traceability
- Proper cold-chain logistics from Japan to the U.S.
- Absolute transparency in every shipment
Integrity. Transparency. Excellence.
That is our promise.

Chapter 03
About Authentic Wagyu
At Authentic Wagyu, we are one of the only privileged organisations to offer 100% Fullblood Wagyu. Most American-raised Wagyu are a cross between US Angus genetics and Wagyu genetics. While it is still a high-quality beef, there is a large difference in the marbling, texture, and quality between traditional American-raised Wagyu and 100% Fullblood Wagyu.
The ability to import Wagyu genetics from Japan was very limited, so we have refined our genetics and breeding to create a consistent product — and we believe that is what makes us unique. Our 100% Fullblood Wagyu are Tajima cattle, known for their exceptional marbling. We also import Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef from Kagoshima.
“The finest beef, raised with purpose, passion, and deep respect.”
— Authentic Wagyu, Est. 2025

Chapter 04
100% Fullblood
Wagyu
Our 100% Fullblood is from the Tajima bloodlines that produce superior meat compared to traditional American Wagyu — in both appearance and taste.
We follow a strict feeding regimen developed by our expert herdsmen, keeping our cattle as stress-free as possible. Authentic Wagyu's 100% Fullblood Wagyu is as close to Japanese A5 as you can find.
